Welcome to the Landsman Real Estate Services, Inc. ("Landsman") vendor registration website. We value the relationship we have developed with your firm, and we appreciate the support you provide to Landsman managed properties. We hope to expand that relationship over time, and are delighted that you are taking the time to register and become a Landsman Approved Vendor. Please see the FAQ tab above for a list of all the current Landsman commercial and residential sites and answers to other frequently asked questions you may have.

Our new Vendor Compliance Program provided by Registry Monitoring Insurance Services, Inc. ("RMIS") will expedite the vendor approval process and streamline administration efforts for you and for us so we can focus on getting the job done instead of paperwork.

This new registration process is intended to benefit YOU by making the insurance compliance process completely paperless for you. Once registered, you will no longer be asked to provide Certificates of Insurance each time you contract for a new job with Landsman. RMIS will be tracking your insurance coverage and contacting your insurance provider to maintain current insurance records. Also, and IMPORTANTLY once you are on the list of Landsman Approved Vendors you will have increased exposure to other ongoing and future projects in the portfolio.

Attention--Please read carefully: To complete registration you must have the following information ready to enter into the system. Your registration will not be saved, and you cannot be certified as an Approved Vendor, unless you complete all steps including payment. For security reasons, the system will log you out if you do not complete a page within 20 minutes.

To continue, please have the following items available to submit for approval and payment of the $105 annual fee:

• Updated contact information for your company (company legal name, remittance address, phone, fax, email, contact person, etc.)
• Contact information for your insurance broker/agent and insurance company (name of insurance company, policy number, broker/agent phone/fax/email). RMIS Customer Service Representatives will obtain your insurance certificate and endorsements directly from your insurance broker/agent. Those certificates and endorsements must show current General Liability, Auto, Workers Comp, and appropriate additional insured, waiver of subrogation and primary wording. Additional insurance may be required based on the type of service you provide to Landsman.
• Credit card to pay your $105 annual registration fee online.
